Every deck box starts as an in-house design, is printed on our machines, and is checked by hand before it ships. No dropshipped boxes here.
How our deck boxes are made
Designed and printed in-house.
- 01Design
Every deck box is designed from scratch in Blender and refined through multiple iterations for a secure, practical fit. Holds up to 100 double-sleeved cards.
- 02Print
Printed in-house on Bambu Lab printers using carefully selected materials suited for regular play. Print settings are dialed in for consistent strength, fit, and finish.
- 03Test
Each deck box is assembled, inspected, and tested before shipping to ensure consistent fit, function, and quality.
- 04Ship
Packed by hand in Toronto and shipped via Canada Post or Chit Chats. Made-to-order boxes may need extra time beyond our usual 1–3 business days.
