Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of a shipped order. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition, unused and with original tags/seals. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns on any sealed trading card game products, trading card game singles or any other secondary market items. Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded. Sale and discount items are final sale.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at orangejuicecollectibles@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return, and we will reply with next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
