Shipping policy

Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order. Made-to-order items, such as our 3D printed deck boxes, may take additional time; any extra processing time is noted on the product page.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. We do not ship outside of North America at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Orders of $50 or more (before tax) ship free.

  • Within Canada: $1.99 for small orders that fit in a standard envelope, or $4.99 for larger orders that require a bubble mailer or parcel.
  • To the United States: $2.99 CAD for small envelope-sized orders, or $7.99 CAD for larger orders. Rates are charged in Canadian dollars.
  • Orders $50 and over: Free shipping to both Canada and the United States.

Carriers and Delivery Estimates

We ship with Canada Post and Chit Chats, and choose the carrier for each order based on size, destination, and cost. Delivery estimates begin once your order ships and are provided by the carrier; they are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Within Canada: approximately 2-9 business days, depending on distance and method.
  • To the United States: approximately 5-14 business days. Customs processing may add additional time.

Tracking

Orders of $30 or more are shipped with tracking at no additional charge. To keep shipping affordable on smaller orders, lower-value orders are generally sent by untracked lettermail, which does not include a tracking number. If you would like tracking added to a smaller order, please contact us before purchasing and we will arrange it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order ships, delivery is in the hands of the carrier and timelines are outside of our control. For tracked orders, we will help you trace a lost or significantly delayed package and work to resolve it. For untracked lettermail orders, we are unable to guarantee delivery or provide a refund for items lost in transit; this is the trade-off for low-cost shipping, and by selecting an untracked order you accept that risk. We always pack carefully and obtain proof of mailing where possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orange Juice Collectibles is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses or any issues that may arise from them. Any resulting loss is the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.

Customs and Duties (U.S. Orders)

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include any U.S. import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Most low-value orders clear customs without charges, but any duties or fees assessed by U.S. customs are the responsibility of the customer.

3D Printed Items

Our 3D printed accessories, such as deck boxes, are made to order and packed with care. Minor variations in finish are normal for 3D printed products and are not considered defects. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
